Thos Lemington alias Bailiffe came to this court in his own proper person and showed to the court three copies made out of the court rolls of 12Eliz1 19Eliz1 and 26Eliz1 by which he claimeth to hold to him and his heirs of the surrender of Jn Lemington alias Bailie his father two parcels of customary lands late parcel of the customary land called Chewnies Land containing by estimation 8a be it more etc as by meets etc which lately were of Thos Culverton son and heir of Jn Culverton by fealty suit of court and rent of 5s by the year and is sworn of the homage of this court
