the lord by his steward aforesaid granted licence to Rich Underwood to let to farm all his customary lands and tenements holden of this manor to Geo Pilgrim or his assigns from michaelmas last past unto the end and term of seven years thence next following fully to be complete and it is granted him saving nevertheless to the lord and his heirs all rents services and customs therefore due and of right accustomed and for this licence he made fine with the lord as appeareth etc
