to this court came Jas Pennock son and heir of Wm Pennock clerk and in open court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of his said steward one garden called Stacies Garden containing 2r of land be it more or less late parcel of the tenement called Stacies as by metes and bounds it is divided etc to the use and behoof of Jn Somersham and his heirs forever and also by the lord's licence did remise release and forever for him and his heirs quitclaim to the same Jn Somersham and his heirs in their full and peaceable possession and seisin thereof all his right title interest and demand whatsoever of and in the premises so that neither the foresaid Jas nor his heirs may or shall hereafter claim or challenge any right title interest or demand therein but they and every of them are fully barred and excluded from all action of any right or rights thereof by these presents
