fine 9liat a view with court here held tuesday in the week of pentecost 4PhM1 31.5.1558 Wm Wade junior was admitted tenant to himself and his heirs to three crofts of land containing by estimation 20a of land more or less called Bourfield on which is now built a messuage or tenement with appurtenances as appears by copy of the court roll here shown now it appears to the homage aforesaid that after the last court and before this court the aforesaid Wm Wade died of the premises seised and that Thos Wade is his eldest son and next heir and of full age and has right to the premises now at this court came the aforesaid Thos Wade in his proper person and humbly petitioned admittance to hold the premises of the lord which said Thos at his humble petition the lord by the steward granted seisin to hold to himself and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor aforesaid by the rents and services and customs before due and of right accustomed and made fine and fealty and was admitted tenant
