they also present that Wm Clarke who held to himself and his heirs freely by deed one parcel of land called Subreades Garden by suit of court and a rent of 8d per annum died after the last court of the premises seised by whose death there falls due to the lord a relief of 8d for which a precept is made to the bailiff to levy and that Hugh Clarke of full age is the eldest son and next heir who though called did not appear therefore precept to the bailiff to summon the said Hugh to be here at the next court etc
