fine for all 30sat a view with court here held thursday 20.8.26Eliz1 Jn Evans was admitted tenant to himself and his heirs by a grant of the lord to one piece of the waste soil of the lord of this manor adjoining his customary tenement lying on a green called Colne Green and containing in length 10rod and in breadth 4rod as it now is enclosed as shown by copy of court roll now it appears to the homage that after the last court and out of court the aforesaid Jn Evans surrendered the aforesaid parcel of waste land with all and singular their appurtenances into the hands of the lord by the hands of Edw Reade instead of the bailiff in the presence of Robt Reade and Robt Rookes two customary tenants of this manor witnessing according to the custom of the manor aforesaid to the use and work of Rich Evans and his heirs for ever which Rich Evans present here in court is granted seisin of the premises to have to himself and his heirs of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor aforesaid by a rent of 4d per annum and by all services and customs before due and of right accustomed and he made fine and fealty and is admitted thereof tenant
