also they present that the lord of the manor aforesaid by a warrant under his hand and seal made and dated 28.4.last granted licence to Edm Potter pull down a certain part or parcel belonging to his customary tenement called The Dolphin alias Skinners being at the gate house to the lord's tenement and adjoining the east side of the said tenement and the aforesaid parcel to convert and employ to his own use
