now at this court the lord by the steward aforesaid granted to Agnes wife of Wm Paine and Mary wife of Geo Mowlde sisters and next heirs of Jn Barrett seisin of a messuage with a garden adjoining with appurtenances called Sonnells as by metes and bounds it is divided and shown to hold to themselves and their heirs of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor aforesaid by the rents services and customs before due and of right accustomed and they made their several fines and were admitted thereof tenants
