containing by estimation 4a with all and singular their appurtenances as shown by copy of court roll now it appears to the homage aforesaid that after the last court and before this court the aforesaid

died seised of the property and further that now at this court came the aforesaid

her son and humbly petitioned admittance to hold of the lord who by the steward delivered sei sin to have to him and his heirs to hold of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor aforesaid by the rents services and customs before due and of right accustomed and he paid his fine and is admitted and his fealty is respited
