fine 26s8dat a view with court here held monday 24.7.34Eliz1 Joan Fynche widow was admitted tenant of the lord for the term of her life the remainder after her decease to Wm Fynche and his heirs by the surrender of Wm Fynche deceased to two crofts of customary land called Petycrofts containing by estimation 4a with all and singular their appurtenances as shown by copy of court roll now it appears to the homage aforesaid that after the last court and before this court the aforesaid Joan Fynche died seised of the property and further that now at this court came the aforesaid Wm her son and humbly petitioned admittance to hold of the lord who by the steward delivered sei sin to have to him and his heirs to hold of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor aforesaid by the rents services and customs before due and of right accustomed and he paid his fine and is admitted and his fealty is respited
