whereas at a view with court here held thursday 13.9.24Eliz1 Margt Clarke widow was admitted tenant of the lord for the term of her life the remainder to Hen Clarke her son and the remainder after his decease to Mary daughter of the said Hen for the term of her life to one parcel of waste of the lord containing 33p lying between a park of the lord called Colne Park on the west and the highway on the east part one head abuts on a green called Kings Gate Green so that the said Margt can build on the waste a cottage for her habitation as shown in the rolls of this court now it appears to the homage aforesaid that after the last court the aforesaid Margt and Hen died seised etc and that none came to this court to take the premises out of the hands of the lord and to satisfy the fine therefore there is a precept to the bailiff of the manor to seize the premises and to answer the lord the profits thereof
