whereas at a view with court here held friday 12.6.32Eliz1 Kath late wife of Nich Game was admitted tenant of the lord for the term of her life the remainder after her decease to the work and use of the children of the aforesaid Nich who are living at the time of the death of the aforesaid Kath by equal portions between each divided to one piece of land containing by estimation 18a more or less once parcel belonging to a piece of customary land called Bettingsland as shown by copy of court roll of the manor in this court as shown now it appears to the homage aforesaid that after the last court and before this court the aforesaid Kath died seised of the premises upon which now at this court came Robt Game Sam Game Thos Game Barth Game and Rich Game sons of the aforesaid Nich and Kath and humbly petitioned admittance to hold the premises of the lord which Robt Sam Thos Barth and Rich present here in court are granted seisin of the premises to hold to themselves according to the form and effect of the surrender aforesaid to hold of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor aforesaid by rents services and customs before due and of right accustomed and they made their fines and were admitted thereof tenants
