whereas at a view with court here held on monday 21.6.10Eliz1 Wm Fisher son and heir of Wm Fisher was admitted tenant of the lord to himself and his heirs to 3r of meadow lying in a meadow called Nokes and Burroughes and to one pasture called Burroughes containing 4a of land lying next to the said rood of pasture late belonging to Jn Wingfield and to one croft of land called Little Burroughes with appurtenances in Colne aforesaid as is by metes and bounds divided and shown and appears in the roll of this same court now it appears to the homage aforesaid that after the last court and before this court the aforesaid Wm Fisher died seised of the premises and that Wm Fisher is of full age and is the eldest son and next heir of the aforesaid Wm Fisher who did not come to take the premises out of the hands of the lord and to pay his fine therefore the first proclamation is to be made by the bailiff of the manor aforesaid to take the premises from the lord's hands and to appear at the next etc
