the replication of Robt Rogson and Alice his wife to the answer of Jeff Audley the said Robt and Alice say that their bill is sufficient and true in every point and over that they say as they have said in their said bill that the said Robt Audley made and declared his last will that the said Alice should the said three crofts of land after his decease to her and to her heirs forever more without that the said Robt Rogson and Alice his wife ever sold the said three crofts of land to the said Jeff Buckwell in the manner and form as the said Jeff hath surmised in his answer all which matters they be ready to prove as this court will award and pray that the said Jeff may be compelled by the authority of this court to enfeoff the said Alice and her heirs in the said three crofts of land as right and good conscience requireth
