four that all he can depose unto this interrogatory is this that he hath heard the said Robt Wordsworth affirm that there was a conveyance made of the messuage or tenement and certain lands in Much Birch in the said county of Essex unto the said Jeff Cuckoe in his lifetime and to Rose his wife and to the heirs of the said Rose forever and as this deponent remembreth the said Wordsworth did say that he himself had made the said conveyance in writing and this deponent well remembreth that upon a time the said Wordsworth and mrs Partridge one of the complainants being talking together at the said complainants house about the said conveyance the said Wordsworth did will mrs Partridge to wish her husband to examine witnesses concerning the same in time and that the said Wordsworth might be one of the witnesses and said that he durst give the complainants money for their interest in the said lands conveyed by the said writing which lands this deponent taketh to be the messuage and lands spoken of in the second interrogatory precedent but further to this interrogatory he saith he cannot depose
