ten that he knoweth not that the said Rose on or about 21.4.1619 did make any surrender or surrenders of her said copyhold messuages and lands now in question into the hands of any person or persons as is enquired of in this interrogatory neither can this deponent say anything else material touching the residue of the contents of this interrogatory
