seven he doth not know to the contrary but that the now complainant Rose upon the death of her husband Jeff Cuckoke did enjoy all the closes or parcels of wood ground called Curds Grove parcel of the copyhold lands now in question and enjoyed the same until she surrendered about 6a thereof to the use of the now defendant Rich Harlakenden as this deponent hath heard the said Rose say and therefore this deponent taketh it that by means of such surrender the said defendant Harlakenden came first unto possession of the said 6a parcel of the said grove
