eight that it is now many years ago that the said complainant Rose was admitted tenant to the copyhold messuage and lands in question but what estate she had therein upon her admittance he saith he knoweth not or at least remembreth not neither doth he remember whether the said Rose after she was first admitted did make any surrender of the said messuage and lands or of any of them by reason that it is so long ago it was done if she did surrender and saith that the said complainant Rose hath now a tenant in possession of all the premises in question save the said 6a of wood for anything that this deponent knoweth to the contrary and he thinketh that the plaintiff and her tenants have been possessed of the said messuage and lands these thirty years past or thereabouts and more to this interrogatory he saith he cannot depose
