seven that the said Rose upon the death of her late husband Jeff Cuckoe did enjoy all the close or parcel of wood ground commonly called Curds Grove in the interrogatory named but how long time after her said husband Cuckoe's death she enjoyed the same he remembreth not and saith that the said mr Harlakenden came to have the possession of 6a of the said ground or thereabouts by a forfeiture and upon an agreement made between him the said defendant and one Robt Partridge second husband of the said Rose in 34Eliz1 so near as this deponent now remembreth in time
