three that when this deponent dwelt with the said mr Cooke he the said mr Cooke did then usually keep three or four clerks at a time and this deponent heard that in former times before this deponent came to him he did use to keep more and to the other questions of this interrogatory he cannot in effect more say than what he hath before deposed in his answer to the first interrogatory
