four that it is very true that the said mr Cooke was steward unto Roger Harlakenden esq deceased of his manor of Earls Colne Essex 18.9.31Eliz1 and he saith that the said mr Cooke did keep a court there upon the very same day which this deponent doth the better know to be true for that he this deponent was at the same time one of the said mr Cooke's clerks and was present with him at the keeping of the said court and this is all he saith to this interrogatory
