five that it is very true that by and upon the said agreement made by and between the said mr Harlakenden his this deponent's said late master and the said Robt Partridge as aforesaid he this deponent's said late master had the quiet possession of 6a of wood in Earls Colne aforesaid which had been usually occupied with the said tenement and lands and those 6a were as he hath credibly heard surrendered by the said Robt Partridge unto the said mr Roger Harlakenden this deponent's said master and his heirs and this deponent hath very credibly heard and doth believe it to be true that the said Roger Harlakenden or his assigns did hold and continue the possession thereof all his lifetime after and this he saith is as much as he can say to this interrogatory Robt Crowe
