to the first interrogatory that he knoweth all the parties to this suit both complainant and defendant and hath known Ralph Lunt named for one of the complainants about thirty years Prudence his wife the other complainant about a dozen or fourteen years Edw Rosse one of the defendants this six or seven years and Rose his wife the other defendant these thirty years or thereabouts and this deponent did well know Robt Partridge deceased former husband of the said defendant Rose and taketh it to be about a dozen years agone since the said Robt Partridge died but the time of his death more particularly or more plainly this deponent saith he now remembreth not
