to the first interrogatory that he doth very well know Ralph Lunt and Prudence his wife named for the complainants in this suit and Rose Rosse mother of the said complainant Prudence being one of the defendants and hath known all those three parties these seventeen years or thereabouts this deponent saith that he did well know Robt Partridge deceased second husband of the said defendant Rose and this defendant taketh it to be about ten or eleven years since the said Robt Partridge died but the very time of his death this deponent saith he cannot more clearly set down and as for Edw Rosse the now husband of the defendant Rose named for the other defendant in this suit this deponent saith that he doth not know him
