nine that he never had any manner of speech or talk with the said defendant Rose of or touching the legacies in this interrogatory mentioned nor to his now remembrance hath at any time heard the said Rose speak of any such legacies except only of one legacy of 20li left by mr Cuckoe the first husband of the said Rose father of the complainant Prudence for the legacy of the said Prudence which 20li the said defendant Rose hath paid and more to this interrogatory this deponent saith he cannot materially depose
