ten that he hath heard the said complainant Prudence sundry times earnestly desire the love and good will of the said defendant Rose but this deponent remembreth not that ever he heard the said Prudence desire of the said Rose any recompense or consideration to be given unto her the said Prudence and her husband for her the said Prudence part of the lands of the said mr Cuckoe her late father as is supposed in this interrogatory neither can this deponent any further depose to this interrogatory nor in this behalf anything material of his now remembrance Jas Bracy
