to the first interrogatory she knoweth all the parties to this suit both complainant and defendant and hath known the complainant Ralph Lunt this twenty years Prudence his wife the other complainant about a dozen years the defendant Edw Rosse not at year as yet but Rose his wife the other defendant this deponent hath known these fourteen or fifteen years at the least and this deponent saith that she did see Robt Partridge deceased the former husband of the said defendant Rose once or twice whilst he was in prison but had none other knowledge of him neither doth this deponent know when the said Robt Partridge died
