ten that the said defendant Rose hath divers acquittances to show and which he this deponent hath lately seen to the number of six in all or thereabouts which do show that she hath paid divers legacies to the complainant and other children of Jeff Cuckoe former husband of the defendant Rose which were left by the last will and testament of the said father and saith that he knoweth that one Jeff Cuckoe the younger hath carried himself very undutifully towards the said defendant Rose and more to this interrogatory he saith he cannot depose to his now remembrance nor more etc to more of the interrogatories then as aforesaid he is not examined by direction of the defendants
