interrogatories to be ministered to witnesses produced and sworn and examined for and on the part and behalf of Edw Rosse gentleman and Rose his wife in the right of the said Rose complainants against Rich Harlakenden esq Jeff Cuckoe Ralph Lunt and Prudence his wife defendants
