to the eighth interrogatory this deponent saith that he hath heard the complainant Rose assure that she the said Rose was admitted to the copyhold lands now in question for the truth whereof he refereth himself to the copies and further to this interrogatory this deponent cannot materially depose saving that he knoweth that the said Rose the complainant hath been in possession and taken the yearly revenues and profits of the lands now in question ever since the death of her husband Cuckoe except the 6a of wood formerly mentioned to be surrendered to the said defendant
