seven that the said Roger and Rich Harlakenden together did purchase the said manor and portions of tithes of the said Edw late earl of Oxford who thereupon by virtue and appointment of the said Roger Harlakenden did convey the same to the complainant and his heirs about some thirty four or thirty five years agone being at or about that time the said purchase was made
