nine that after the said purchase and conveyance of the said manor and portions of tithes as aforesaid the said Roger and Rich Harlakenden or one of them did enjoy the said several portions of tithes or the rents thereof by virtue of the said conveyance for about the space of seven years next ensuing the making of the said conveyance and more saith not to this interrogatory
