to the first second third and fourth interrogatory saith that he knoweth illegible text known him about sixty years that he never knew the defendant that he did know Jn (torn) father of the complainant about sixty years that the complainant is eldest son and heir of the illegible text Hunwick the father that the said Jn Hunwick the father was in his lifetime seised as of fee of and in the said five crofts or quillets of pasture ground called Kings or illegible text a meadow called Holmes or Goldwires lying in Earls Colne White Colne Halstead (torn) Rich Stokes Hen Wynn Thos Parish Thos Grimwood and Francis Grimwood (torn) bill named hath known them for divers years that the said lands in question (torn) fifty years ago mortgaged by Jn Hunwick the father to the said Rich Stokes for 6=li and further to these interrogatories he cannot depose
