joint and several answers of Jn Turner and Roger Turner defendants to the bill of complaint they say (after the preamble) that they nor any of them are not guilty of riots assaults and other misdemeanours supposed by the complainant to be by them and others committed in such sort manner and form as in the bill without that there is any other matter or thing etc pray to be dismissed with costs
