six what weapons had the defendant and every or any of them on the day or days time or times place or places mentioned whether had they or any of them then any bow or arrows near them or thereabouts or prepared to the intent therewithal to withstand let or stop the workmen carriers or servants of Kelton and Read or either of them and did not the defendants nor any of them stop or let Read and his workmen and carriers of the wood and timber to pass over and through the said way viz leading from the forementioned Westye Wood towards the Great Lodge and whether were they stopped or letted to do their labours about their carriage against their will and whether was there any force done or offered unto them or any of them by the defendants or by any other person or persons present with them
