seven was there any request made to Robt Ive Finnett Ive Eliachim Ive and Simon Ive the defendants or any of them to depart from there and to suffer Robt Read and any other of the workmen and carriers of the wood and timber in peaceable manner to carry away the timber and whether did they or any of them or any other person then or there then in their company refuse to do and what answer did they and every of them make to such request
