answer of Francis Dykes gentleman (preamble) says the suit brought by the complainant mere malice without just cause with purpose to put him to unnecessary charges and expenses says that he is not guilty of the riots routs and unlawful assemblies and other misdemeanours charged all which matters he is ready to answer as the court shall award and asks to be dismissed with costs
