three whether did you and Rich Harlakenden at any time before 17.5.1606 last confer together touching the taking and keeping of the said mill whether did not you and he agree together that you with the aid of some other persons whom the said Harlakenden would appoint should enter into the said mill and keep the possession thereof with force or otherwise against the said Edes and Strutt either of them to the use of the said Harlakenden and Diglett or either of them and whether did not the said Harlakenden coming from London three or four days before the 17.5.1606 last at or some other time confer with you to the same intent or purpose yea or if yea then what other person or persons were counselling or assisting and who were the persons appointed to aid assist or abet you therein declare their several names and by whom they were sent or directed in that business and whether did not you promise to aid and assist him in that business to the uttermost of your power
