four whether did not the said Harlakenden secure you and every of them by bond or otherwise to save you and every of them harmless from any danger suit of law or charge that might arise to you or them by taking and keeping the possession of the said mill and did not you upon security given as aforesaid undertake or promise to get the possession of the said mill as much as it should lie in your power to do
