twenty one whether did not you then send to mr Waldgrave notifying him that the said Edes wife would not leave the possession and whether did not then mr Waldgrave and all or most of those who were at the mill before with mr Waldgrave and divers others which mr Waldgrave or the constable by his commandment had charged come once again to the mill and mr Waldgrave used threatening speeches against Edes and his wife saying these words or the like Edes wife I will send you and your husband to the gaol if you will not yield the possession and whether thereupon did not the wife of Edes come forth and leave the possession and whether did not then mr Waldgrave put you into the possession of the mill yea or no
