twenty two whether did not you or any other person suborn or procure Jn Cooper and Sam Diglett or either of them to give false evidence to the jury empanelled and sworn at Halsted in Essex for the finding of a forcible entry and detainer with force of the said mill and of a riot supposed to be committed at Earls Colne the 17.5.1606 and 18.5.1606 last by Wm Edes Mary his wife Jn Sillytoe Dan Rand Robt Peartree and Wm Strutt and whether was the evidence then given in to the jury by them or either of them true yea or no and whether did not the jury then find the riot upon the false evidence of Diglett and Cooper or one of them
