to question thirty says that being at dinner at the house of mr Harlakenden being 19.5. Sam Diglett came and said that Edes had contrary to the aforesaid agreement entered into the mill and did keep it from Diglett and asked Waldgrave to remove the force thereupon Waldgrave accompanied by mr Tiffin and others of them including Thos Harlakenden Sam Diglett and one Robt Cobbe repaired to the mill and millhouse to see if there were any force committed or no on them coming thither the door of the mill or millhouse was open no force then committed Edes asked Diglett to give him some recompense for the glass being in the window of the millhouse and upon such recompense Diglett did then enter the millhouse and take possession with the consent of Edes Waldgrave did not then give Diglett possession neither did he tell Diglett to enter the millhouse and take possession neither did he use any threatening speeches to Edes and his wife or to one of them saying he would send them to gaol if they did not yield their possession nor did he threaten them with imprisonment until they yielded their possession as was in the bill supposed
