to the twenty first question he says that he did not go or send to mr Waldgrave certifying the said Edes his wife would not leave possession as in the bill supposed but says after dinner was done at mr Harlakenden's house mr Waldgrave and mr Tiffin came down to view whether it was then holden with force as was then informed or not and he says he does not remember any threatening speeches to Edes or his wife as in the interrogation mentioned but said that after mr Waldgrave was coming to the millhouse the said day before mentioned Edes and his wife came forth of the millhouse and left the possession and that being done and Sam Diglett entered but he says that Edes and his wife came not from the millhouse by any threatening speeches supposed or used by mr Waldgrave neither was Diglett put into possession by mr Waldgrave and further he cannot depose
