to the third says that he and Rich Harlakenden did before 17.5.last confer together touching Diglett's taking and keeping possession of the mill and that mr Harlakenden and he did upon such conference agree together that he Diglett keep possession of the mill against Edes and his partakers to the use of Harlakenden says that Jn Cooper at his request did aid and assist him in keeping possession of the mill to the use of Harlakenden and that he Diglett to the uttermost of his power did give his assistance in that business but he does not remember that Harlakenden coming from London three or four days before 17.5.last or at any other time otherwise than he has before said did practise or confer with him Diglett to the intent or purpose in the interrogation mentioned he does not remember any more
