to the third says that he and Rich Harlakenden did not at any time before 17.5.last confer together touching the taking and keeping possession of the mill nor did agree together that he with the aid of any other persons who Harlakenden would appoint should enter into the mill and keep possession against Edes and Strutt or either of them to the use of Harlakenden and Diglett or either of them neither did mr Harlakenden coming from London thence three or four days before 17.5.last or at any other time practise or confer with him to any such purpose neither does he know that any other persons were appointed to aid assist or abet him Anderson to take the mill
