thirtyfirst do you not know or have credibly heard of the variance and unkindness that has grown between the complainant and Xoph his brother and Math Everard since his marriage with their sister what the cause was and whether have you not heard the complainant say that he would never have commenced his suit against Math Everard but in report of the bad dealing of Math as he thought with his brother in discrediting of him that borrowed a boy and two horses of Math and went away with them and sold the horses away and the boy is yet unheard of
