thirtysecond whether do you verily think or have credibly heard that the complainant would never have made any question about the lease but in respect of the discrediting as he thought of his brother about the horse borrowed as aforesaid or in respect that the complainant is driven to his shifts not knowing else how to live and fearing and doubting and despairing that henceforth he shall not find the comfort and relief from Math that he did and had from Wm Stammer and of the widow of Wm Stammer therefore they having embezzled the writings to compact together to charge Math with the former profits
