answer of Jn Parker aged about 35years third fourth and fifth cannot say twentyeighth says that Wm Stammer did plant a good piece of the hop ground to the quantity of 1a but at whose charge it was planted he cannot say and did lay into the garden certain poles for the maintenance of the garden and so did Math Everard lay in poles but what quantity he does not know thirtyeighth and thirtyninth says that the two releases hereforth shown to him the deponent whereunto his name is set as a witness were the hand and writing act and deed of Xoph Sibthorpe and further says likewise for the bill of annuity of 40li per annum for 4years granted by Wm Stammer to Xoph Sibthorpe whereunto his name is likewise set
