this is the final agreement made in the court of the common bench at Westminster in eight days of the purification of the blessed mary in the year 1658 before Oliver StJohn Edw Atkyns Math Hale and Hugh Wyndham justices and others then and there present between Sarah Stilloman widow and Dan Hynd and Rachel his wife plaintiffs and Isaac Harrison Dr of Divinity and Frances his wife Sam Withers and Jn Thompson and Ann his wife deforciants of one messuage one curtilage one garden one orchard 40a of lands 3a of meadow and 9a of pasture with the appurtenances in White Colne Earls Colne Pedmarsh and Ardleigh whereupon a plea of covenant was summoned between them in the said court that is to say that the aforesaid Isaac and Frances Sam and Jn and Ann have acknowledged the aforesaid tenements with the appurtenances to be the right of her the said Sarah as those which the said Sarah and Dan and Rachel have of the gift of the aforesaid Isaac and Frances Sam and Jn and Ann and those they have remised and quitclaimed from them the said Isaac and Frances Sam and Jn and Ann and their heirs to the aforesaid Sarah and Dan and Rachel and the heirs of the said Sarah forever and moreover the said Isaac and Frances have granted for them and the heirs of the said Isaac that they will warrant to the aforesaid Sarah and Dan and Rachel and the heirs of the said Sarah the aforesaid tenements with the appurtenances against them the said Isaac and Frances and the heirs of the said Isaac forever and further the said Sam hath granted for him and his heirs that they will warrant to the aforesaid Sarah and Dan and Rachel and the heirs of the said Sarah the aforesaid tenements with the appurtenances against him the said Sam and his heirs forever and furthermore the said Jn hath granted for him and his heirs that they will warrant to the aforesaid Sarah Dan and Rachel and the heirs of the said Sarah the aforesaid tenements with the appurtenances against him the said Jn and his heirs forever and also the said Jn and Ann hath granted for them and the heirs of the said Ann that they will warrant to the aforesaid Sarah and Dan and Rachel and the heirs of the said Sarah the aforesaid tenements with the appurtenances against them the said Jn and Ann and the heirs of the said Ann forever and for this acknowledgement remise quitclaim warranty and fine and agreement the said Sarah and Dan and Rachel have given to the aforesaid Isaac and Frances Sam and Jn and Ann 60li sterling
