to all christian people to whomsoever this present writing shall come Jn Easling of Earls Colne carpenter and Mary his now wife sendeth greeting in our lord god everlasting know ye that we the said Jn Easling and Mary my said wife for and in consideration of the full sum of 7li10s to us in hand already well and truly paid by Hen Morley of the same town bricklayer at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof we the said Jn and Mary Easling do acknowledge ourselves to be fully satisfied contented and paid and of the same and every part thereof do exonerate acquit release and discharge the said Hen Morley his heirs executors administrators and every of them forever hereafter by these presents as also for divers other good causes and considerations conditions and agreements hereafter to be performed and herein mentioned hath given granted bargained and sold enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents doth fully freely and absolutely give grant bargain sell enfeoff deliver and confirm unto the said Hen Morley and his heirs all that our freehold tenement or cottage and garden with appurtenances situate lying and being on or very near the green in Earls Colne and now in the tenure and occupation of us the said Jn and Mary Easling and the reversion and reversions etc thereof and all our and either of our estates right etc whatsoever of us or either us of or to the said premises aforesaid and every part thereof together with all deeds evidences and writings concerning the same premises and every part thereof to have and to hold the said tenement curtilage and garden with all and singular every their appurtenances etc and all our or either of our right title etc whatsoever of us the said Jn Easling and Mary my wife and either of us in and to the said premises and every part thereof together with the said deeds evidences and writings whatsoever which concern the same unto the said Hen Morley his heirs and assigns forever and to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever to hold of the chief lord or lords of the fee or fees by the ancient rents and services therefore to be due and of right accustomed and we the said Jn Easling and Mary my wife do jointly and either of us severally for ourselves covenant promise and grant to and with the said Hen Morley his heirs executors administrators and assigns by these presents that we the said Jn Easling and Mary my wife or one of us now are and stand at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents and at the time of the first estate to be hereupon executed seised in and of our own right or rights and to our or one of our own use and uses of a perfect and indefeasible estate in fee simple of and in the same premises and every part thereof discharge and acquitted of and from all and all manner of former and other bargains sales etc and that we the said Jn Easling and Mary or one of us have full power good right and lawful right to give grant bargain sell etc the above premises in form above mentioned and that we the said Jn Easling and Mary my now wife our or either of our heirs or assigns and every other person or persons having or pretending to have lawful estate right title or interest of in or unto the same premises or any part thereof shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter during the term and space of seven years now next ensuing after the date of these presents make do suffer acknowledge and execute or cause and suffer to be made done etc all and every such further act and acts etc for the further and better assuring and more sure making of the above mentioned bargained premises and every part thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Hen Morley his heirs and assigns to the use thereby expressed and declared in manner and form above mentioned by the said Hen Morley his heirs or assigns or his or their council learned in the law shall be reasonably devised advised or required and at the only proper cost and charges in the law of the said Hen Morley his heirs and assigns provided always and notwithstanding and upon condition hereafter following that is to say that he the said Hen Morley his heirs or assigns shall permit and suffer the said Jn Easling and Mary his wife quietly and peaceably have hold occupy possess and enjoy the said tenement cottage and garden with appurtenances for and during the full term of the longest liver of them both without the let hindrance molestation trouble expulsion eviction interruption or any manner of encumbrance of the said Hen Morley his heirs or assigns or any other person or persons whatsoever by his or their means consent or procurement in witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals 1.10.12Chas2 1660 mark Jn Easling mark Mary Easling
