of Earls Colne gentleman of the other part witnesseth that for the further and better setting assuring and sure making the messuages cottages lands and premises with appurtenances herein afore particularly mentioned and expressed to the several uses intents and purposes therein after particularly mentioned and expressed it is covenanted and concluded condescended and agreed by and between all and every the parties to these presents that they the said

Seggis tenement
and one certain separated way to the said messuage belonging which said messuage and premises herein before mentioned are situate lying and being in Earls Colne aforesaid and now are in the tenure and occupation of the said

his assignee or assignees undertenant or undertenants and of and in one messuage and tenement together with all lands and pastures and woods thereupon being containing by estimation 4a be the same more or less with all and singular the appurtenances situate and being in Much Birch in the said county in the tenure and occupation of

and of and in two cottages and a garden thereunto belonging

anywise appertaining with their and every of their appurtenances by such name or names number contents quantities and qualities of acres and other description and in such manner and form as shall be thought fit and it is concluded condescended to and agreed by and between all parties to these presents of the premises or any part thereof shall and inure and shall be adjudged and taken to be and inure and the said counsee and his heirs shall stand and be seised of the said messuages cottages and lands and all singular the premises to the several uses intents and purposes herein after mentioned and declared and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever that is to say as to for touching and concerning all that messuage or tenement and rentary and yard with appurtenances called
Seggis tenement
and one separated way to the said messuage or tenement belonging with appurtenances in the occupation of the said

for and during the ter m of his natural life and from and after his decease to the said
